Washington High School Baseball - Steilacoom defeats Lakes

Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Steilacoom Sentinels (Steilacoom, WA) and the visiting Lakes Lancers (Lakewood, WA), saw Steilacoom's baseball squad knock off Lakes by a count of 12-7.

Coming up next, the Sentinels play the Enumclaw Hornets (Enumclaw, WA) in a 2A South Puget Sound battle, on Thursday, April 20. Steilacoom will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 16-1 record after their 18-0 league win over Foss (Tacoma, WA).

The Lancers now possess a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a 3A Pierce County battle on Tuesday, April 18. Lakes will play a Abes squad coming off a 19-0 league loss to Silas (Tacoma, WA). The Abes record now stands at 1-7.
