In Monday's non-league game, the host Stringer Red Devils baseball team scored a nice 11-1 victory over the Raleigh Lions.
The Red Devils (14-8) will now prepare for their game against Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS). The Tartars go into the non-league game with a 14-11 record. In their last game, Taylorsville ran past Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS), 3-2, in a non-league game.
The Lions (4-17) will now prepare for their game against St. Andrew's Episcopal (Ridgeland, MS). The Saints go into the 3A Region 6 game with a 16-8 record. In their last game, St. Andrew's Episcopal ran past Manchester Academy (Yazoo City, MS), 10-0, in a non-league game.
