The Muir Mustangs held off the visiting Duarte Falcons volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pasadena for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 19. Muir will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Glendale (Glendale, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-16.

The Falcons (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA). The Dons enter the non-league test with a 6-17 record. In their last test, Sierra Vista was nudged by Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
