The Fort Lauderdale Flying L's volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hallandale Chargers to 0 in the Flying L's non-league victory on Monday.
The Flying L's now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Thomas Aquinas for a 1A D22 game on Tuesday, April 18. Fort Lauderdale will meet a Raiders team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Coconut Creek (Coconut Creek, FL). The Raiders record now stands at 8-4.
The Chargers (1-5) will now prepare for their game against McArthur (Hollywood, FL). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, McArthur dropped by Hollywood Hills (Hollywood, FL), 3-2, in a non-league game.
