In Monday's non-league battle, the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Providence Catholic Celtics.

The Knights (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL). The Bengals come into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Plainfield East defeated Romeoville (Romeoville, IL), 2-0, in a league test.

The Celtics (4-13) will now prepare for their test against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the non-league test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, De La Salle was knocked off by Hancock (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
