In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Mountain View Eagles.

The Crusaders (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Southern Lehigh nudged Easton Area (Easton, PA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Forest City Foresters (Forest City, PA) in a Lackawanna battle, on Thursday, April 20. Mountain View will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Foresters come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Blue Ridge (New Milford, PA).
