The Columbus School for Girls Unicorns lacrosse team scored 18 points and limited the visiting Newark Wildcats to 3 in the Unicorns non-league triumph on Monday.
The Unicorns (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Big Walnut (Sunbury, OH). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Big Walnut was overwhelmed by Westerville Central (Westerville, OH), 12-11, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Pickerington Central (Pickerington, OH). The Tigers enter the Region 3 game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Pickerington Central was overwhelmed by Hilliard Darby (Hilliard, OH), 9-3, in a non-league game.
