In Monday's non-league contest, the Steward Spartans (Richmond, VA) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA), by a count of 17-8.
Coming up next, the Spartans confront the Saint Gertrude Gators (Richmond, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 18. Steward will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Gators come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 20-1 league loss to Collegiate (Richmond, VA).
The Flying Flucos now own a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Western Albemarle for a Jefferson contest on Wednesday, April 19. Fluvanna County will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 16-8 non-league win over Covenant (Charlottesville, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-0.
