The Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) soccer bounced the host Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC), 6-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
With the win, Cape Fear moves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC) to battle the Rams in a United Eight 3A/4A bout on Tuesday, April 18. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Purnell Swett won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Lumberton (Lumberton, NC)
In their next game, the Bucks battle the Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC) in a Sandhills 3A/4A bout, on Tuesday, April 18. Hoke County will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Union Pines (Cameron, NC).
