Thomas A. Edison Owls (Philadelphia, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting George Washington Eagles (Philadelphia, PA), 18-5 in a league challenge.

The Owls now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to High School of the Future for a challenge on Tuesday, April 18.

With the loss, George Washington falls to 0-1 on the campaign.
