North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Ashley overwhelms Broughton

The Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) lacrosse triumphed over the host Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC), 14-7 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Ashley upgrades its record to 14-1 on the season. The Screaming Eagle travel to South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to battle the Cougars in a Mideastern outing on Tuesday, April 18. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 2-11. South Brunswick lost 16-1 in their recent league outing against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC)

With the defeat, Broughton drops to 9-7 on the season. The Capitals host Sanderson (Raleigh, NC) to battle the Spartans in a CAP 6 outing on Tuesday, April 18. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 3-7. Sanderson lost 17-7 in their recent league outing against Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC)
