Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies (Johnstown, OH), 10-2 in a league battle.
The Lions now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host St. Francis DeSales for a Region 7 battle on Thursday, April 20. Bexley will clash with a Stallions squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Olentangy Berlin (Delaware, OH). The Stallions record now stands at 6-0.
In their next game, the Johnnies clash with the Newark Wildcats (Newark, OH) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 20. Johnstown-Monroe will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 5-5 record after their 15-1 league loss to Pickerington Central (Pickerington, OH).
