Hanover Hawks (Mechanicsville, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Glen Allen Jaguars (Glen Allen, VA), 10-9 in a non-league battle.

The Hawks now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Mechanicsville for a Capital battle on Friday, April 21. Hanover will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to Godwin (Richmond, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Freeman Mavericks (Richmond, VA) in a Colonial battle, on Thursday, April 20. Glen Allen will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Mavericks come into the battle with a 6-1 record after their 20-12 non-league loss to Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA).
