In Monday's league contest, the Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD) softball team overwhelmed the host Mitchell Kernels (Mitchell, SD), by a margin of 18-1.
With the triumph, Harrisburg moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Tigers host Riggs (Pierre, SD) to play the Governors in a contest on Friday, April 21. The Governors come into the contest with a record of 0-2.
In their next game, the Kernels play the Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 18. Mitchell will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
