The Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID) softball routed the visiting Madison Bobcats (Rexburg, ID), 20-9 in Monday's league bout.
The Trojans (13-4) will now prepare for their bout against Madison (Rexburg, ID). The Bobcats go into the 5A High Country bout with a 0-9 record. In their last bout, Madison was routed by Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID), 14-0, in a league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Rigby for a 5A High Country bout on Monday, April 17. Madison will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Highland (Pocatello, ID). The Trojans record now stands at 11-4.
