The Mavericks host Sun Valley (Monroe, NC) to battle the Spartans in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River outing on Thursday, April 18. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 0-9. Sun Valley lost 18-0 in their recent league test against Weddington (Matthews, NC)

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 19. Myers Park will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record. The Buccaneers come into the test with a 9-5 record after their 19-8 league win over Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC).
