The Scripps Ranch Falcons routed the host Hilltop Lancers softball squad by a count of 17-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Falcons (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Point Loma (San Diego, CA). The Pointers go into the battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Point Loma was routed by Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

The Lancers now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they host San Marcos for a non-league battle on Monday, April 22.
