The Mountain Ridge Sentinels softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Westlake Thunder to 4 in the Sentinels non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Mountain Ridge improves its record to 6-4 on the year. The Sentinels host Corner Canyon (Draper, UT) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league game on Thursday, April 18. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 2-6. Corner Canyon lost 17-2 in their recent non-league game against Herriman (West Herriman, UT)

In their next game, the Thunder clash with the Skyridge Falcons (Lehi, UT) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 18. Westlake will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
