The Garner Trojans lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the host Fike Demons to 2 in the Trojans non-league win on Wednesday.
The Trojans (8-6) will now prepare for their match against Cleveland (Clayton, NC). The Rams go into the Greater Neuse River match with a 4-9 record. In their last match, Cleveland was overwhelmed by Clayton (Clayton, NC), 14-8, in a league match.
The Demons (2-11) will now prepare for their match against Wakefield (Raleigh, NC). The Wolverines go into the Northern Athletic/Quad County match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Wakefield nudged East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC), 11-8, in a non-league match.
