Florida High School Softball - Largo bounces Boca Ciega

The Largo Packers routed the visiting Boca Ciega Pirates softball squad by a final score of 17-7 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Packers (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Canterbury (St. Petersburg, FL). The Crusaders go into the non-league battle with a 3-17 record. In their last battle, Canterbury notched a victory over Bradenton Christian (Bradenton, FL), 12-6, in a non-league battle.

The Pirates now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Hollins for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 18. Boca Ciega will meet a Royals squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Clearwater (Clearwater, FL). The Royals record now stands at 11-8.
