The Gompers Panthers routed the host Seward Park Bears softball squad by a count of 13-4 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Panthers (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Stuyvesant (New York, NY). The Peglegs go into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Stuyvesant topped Fashion Industries (New York, NY), 15-0, in a non-league battle.

The Bears now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Martin Luther King Jr Educational Campus for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 1. Seward Park will meet a Knights squad coming off a 19-0 league loss to Brandeis (New York, NY). The Knights record now stands at 0-5.
