Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies (Andover, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, MA), 13-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Reggies now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Somerville for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. Greater Lawrence Tech will battle a Highlanders squad coming off a 21-2 league loss to Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Ipswich falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to North Reading (North Reading, MA) to battle the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 22. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
