Hialeah Thoroughbreds (Hialeah, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Southridge Spartans (Miami, FL), 11-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Thoroughbreds now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Carol City for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. Hialeah will battle a Chiefs squad coming off a 23-8 non-league loss to Flanagan (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Chiefs record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Southridge falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Spartans host Coral Park (Miami, FL) to battle the Rams in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 24. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 5-11.
