California High School Baseball - San Pedro sneaks past Bell

April 17, 2025: Bell, CA 90201

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) and the host Bell Eagles (Bell, CA), saw San Pedro's baseball team get by Bell by a tally of 2-1.

The Pirates (9-12) will now prepare for their battle against Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 17-2 record. In their last battle, Mira Costa held off Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 4-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA) in a Eastern battle, on Monday, April 21. Bell will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Rough Riders enter the battle with a 8-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Poly (Sun Valley, CA).
