In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Pascack Valley Panthers baseball team scored a close 3-1 win over the Bergen Catholic Crusaders.

The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their game against DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Spartans go into the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, DePaul Catholic by Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, NJ), 10-2, in a league game.

Next, the Crusaders play the Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 21. Bergen Catholic will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Comets go into the game with a 5-4 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ).
