Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA), 10-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Hickory advances its record to 5-4 on the season. The Hawks host Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA) to battle the Tigers in a Southeastern match on Tuesday, April 22. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 5-5. Oscar Smith won 8-3 in their recent non-league match against Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC)
The Seahawks now have a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hickory Hawks for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 22.
