Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Hopewell edges Laurel Highlands

April 17, 2025: Uniontown, PA 15401

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Hopewell Vikings baseball team scored a close 3-1 victory over the Laurel Highlands Mustangs.

The Vikings (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Talbots enter the WPIAL 4A 1 game with a 5-9 record. In their last game, Hampton by Mars (Mars, PA), 3-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Mustangs face the West Mifflin Titans (West Mifflin, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 2 game, on Tuesday, April 22. Laurel Highlands will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 11-3 record after their 5-4 league win over Ringgold (Monongahela, PA).
