In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Midwest City Bombers baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the McAlester Buffaloes.
The Bombers (11-13) will now prepare for their game against Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 17-10 record. In their last game, Pryor was tipped by Collinsville (Collinsville, OK), 10-8, in a non-league game.
Next, the Buffaloes play the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 18. McAlester will attempt to improve on its 14-11 season record. The Wolves go into the game with a 6-18 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Nathan Hale (Tulsa, OK).
