The Newton Local Indians triumphed over the visiting Oneida Indians baseball squad by a score of 7-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Indians battle the Oliver Springs Bobcats (Oliver Springs, TN) in a non-league outing, on Friday, April 18. Newton Local will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the outing with a 11-7 record after their 13-0 league loss to Coalfield (Coalfield, TN).
