Illinois High School Lacrosse - Normal Community drops to Lockport

The Lockport Porters triumphed over the visiting Normal Community Ironmen lacrosse team by a tally of 19-8 in Thursday's league match.

Next up, the Porters confront the Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 19. Lockport will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Wildkits enter the match with a 7-1 record after their 20-2 non-league win over Latin (Chicago, IL).

The Ironmen (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL). The Knights enter the Southwestern match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Lincoln-Way Central defeated St. Charles East/North (St. Charles, IL), 16-13, in a non-league match.
