Kingfisher Yellowjackets (Kingfisher, OK) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host McLoud Redskins (McLoud, OK), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Kingfisher moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Alva (Alva, OK) to clash with the Goldbugs in a 3A District 2 test on Friday, April 25. The Goldbugs come into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Redskins now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Millwood for a test on Monday, April 21. McLoud will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Crooked Oak (Oklahoma City, OK). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
