Springfield Senators (Springfield, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Quincy Blue Devils (Quincy, IL), 7-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Springfield moves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Senators host Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL) to clash with the Cyclones in a Central State Eight test on Tuesday, April 22. The Cyclones come into the test with a record of 6-3. Sacred Heart-Griffin lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Rochester (Rochester, IL)

The Blue Devils now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Jacksonville for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Quincy will clash with a Crimsons team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Normal University (Normal, IL). The Crimsons record now stands at 2-7.
