Kansas High School Soccer - Shawnee Heights knocks off Turner

In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Turner Golden Bears.
The Thunderbirds (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Seaman (Topeka, KS). The Vikings go into the United Kansas outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Seaman was overwhelmed by De Soto (De Soto, KS), 4-3, in a league outing.
Next up, the Golden Bears confront the Schlagle Stallions (Kansas City, KS) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 21. Turner will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Stallions go into the outing with a 3-3 record after their 8-0 league loss to Sumner Academy (Kansas City, KS).
