The St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Terra Nova Tigers to 1 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.
The Wildcats now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host San Marin for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 23. St. Ignatius College Preparatory will play a Mustangs team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-6.
With the defeat, Terra Nova drops to 11-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Carlmont (Belmont, CA) to play the Scots in a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. The Scots go into the test with a record of 14-3. Carlmont won 2-0 in their recent league test against King's Academy (Sunnyvale, CA)
