Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the visiting Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT), 10-9 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Bingham improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Miners host Wasatch (Heber City, UT) to play the Wasps in a non-league game on Saturday, April 19. The Wasps come into the game with a record of 10-0. Wasatch won 8-0 in their recent non-league game against Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT)
The Grizzlies now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Herriman for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. Copper Hills will play a Mustangs team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-3.
