The Brother Rice Crusaders (Chicago, IL) lacrosse routed the host Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL), 9-1 in Thursday's league outing.
The Crusaders now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Rita for a Chicago Catholic - Blue outing on Tuesday, April 22. Brother Rice will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 16-9 non-league loss to Washington (Washington, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-6.
Next, the Roadrunners clash with the Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Nazareth Academy will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Redwings go into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 5-2 non-league win over St. Francis (Wheaton, IL).
