In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Canon-McMillan Big Macs lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-7 triumph over the North Hills Indians.

The Big Macs (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA). The Spartans go into the WPIAL 3A 1 challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Hempfield Area was overwhelmed by Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA), 17-3, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians clash with the Taylor Allderdice Dragons (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 21. North Hills will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Dragons go into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 26-0 league loss to Freeport (Freeport, PA).
