The Trumbull Eagles triumphed over the visiting Guilford Grizzlies lacrosse team by a tally of 14-7 in Thursday's non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Norwalk Bears (Norwalk, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Saturday, April 19. Trumbull will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Branford (Branford, CT).
The Grizzlies (2-1) will now prepare for their match against New Milford (New Milford, CT). The Green Wave come into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, New Milford was overwhelmed by New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT), 14-5, in a league match.
