In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Wakefield Memorial Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-11 triumph over the Masconomet Regional Chieftains.
The Warriors (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Marblehead (Marblehead, MA). The Magicians go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.
Next, the Chieftains clash with the Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 18. Masconomet Regional will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record.
