Ohio High School Softball - Arcadia can't get by Hopewell-Loudon

The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains edged the host Arcadia Redskins softball squad by a count of 5-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Chieftains meet the Bellevue Redmen (Bellevue, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 19. Hopewell-Loudon will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Redmen enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 9-6 league loss to Sandusky (Sandusky, OH).

The Redskins (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Cory-Rawson (Rawson, OH). The Fighting Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Cory-Rawson was nudged by Continental (Continental, OH), 14-1, in a non-league challenge.
