In Thursday's non-league test, the Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT), by a tally of 9-1.
Next, the Noises clash with the Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 19. Hale Ray will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 5-0 record after their 16-0 non-league win over RHAM (Hebron, CT).
The Blue Dragons (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT). The Guardians go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Glastonbury was routed by New Canaan (New Canaan, CT), 16-0, in a non-league test.
