The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the North Thurston Rams (Lacey, WA) and the host Mount Tahoma T-Birds (Tacoma, WA), observed North Thurston's softball team prevail over Mount Tahoma by a tally of 30-14.

The Rams (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Black Hills (Tumwater, WA). The Wolves go into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Black Hills was routed by WF West (Chehalis, WA), 14-4, in a league challenge.

The T-Birds (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA). The Seahawks go into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Peninsula toppled Yelm (Yelm, WA), 7-6, in a non-league challenge.
