The Richards Bulldogs softball team scored 3 runs and held the host Oak Forest Bengals to 2 in the Bulldogs league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reavis for a South Suburban battle on Monday, April 21. Richards will confront a Rams team coming off a 15-9 non-league win over Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Rams record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Oak Forest moves to 6-6 on the season. The Bengals travel to Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL) to confront the Hawks in a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. The Hawks come into the battle with a record of 1-8. Hillcrest lost 17-4 in their recent league battle against Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL)
