The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) and the host Bartlett Hawks (Bartlett, IL), observed Glenbard South's softball team get by Bartlett by a tally of 6-3.

The Raiders (7-4) will now prepare for their bout against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL). The Rebels go into the Upstate Eight bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, Ridgewood tipped Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL), 7-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the St. Bede Bruins (Peru, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 18. Bartlett will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Bruins go into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 15-0 league win over Woodland (Streator, IL).
