The Andover Golden Warriors held off the host Algonquin Regional Tomahawks volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.
The Golden Warriors now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 20. Andover will confront a Minutemen team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA). The Minutemen record now stands at 5-0.
The Tomahawks (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Red Raiders enter the Midland Wachusett test with a 2-0 record.
