Georgia High School Soccer - Mount Vernon overwhelmed by Stratford Academy

The Stratford Academy Eagles smashed the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs soccer squad by a margin of 8-2 in Monday's non-league match.
The Eagles now sport a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to Athens Academy for a non-league match on Monday, April 25. Stratford Academy will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 14-1.
With the loss, Mount Vernon drops to 10-5 on the season.
