Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Moses Brown Quakers (Providence, RI), 18-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westerly for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23. Tiverton will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 21-2 non-league win over Middletown (Middletown, RI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Moses Brown falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Quakers travel to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to battle the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 20. The Chargers enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Chariho lost 9-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Pilgrim (Warwick, RI)
