Utah High School Soccer - American Prep WV nudges North Sanpete

The American Prep WV Eagles (West Valley City, UT) soccer nipped the host North Sanpete Hawks (Mt. Pleasant, UT), 2-1 in Monday's non-league bout.

With the victory, American Prep WV moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Wendover (Wendover, UT) to battle the Wildcats in a 2A bout on Wednesday, April 20. The Wildcats enter the bout with a record of 3-7. Wendover lost 8-0 in their recent non-league bout against Draper APA (Draper, UT)

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Union Cougars (Roosevelt, UT) in a 3A Region 14 bout, on Wednesday, April 20. North Sanpete will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 0-12 record after their 4-2 league loss to Manti (Manti, UT).
