The Scorpions now own a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moon Valley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 20. Desert Edge will battle a Rockets squad coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Poston Butte (San Tan Valley, AZ). The Rockets record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Buckeye falls to 12-6 on the campaign. The Hawks host Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ) to battle the Panthers in a 4A Southwest challenge on Tuesday, April 19.
