The Cascade Cadets softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Greencastle Tiger Cubs to 0 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Cascade moves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Cadets host Speedway (Speedway, IN) to play the Sparkplugs in a Indiana Crossroads game on Tuesday, April 19. The Sparkplugs come into the game with a record of 1-2. Speedway won 9-7 in their recent non-league game against Lebanon (Lebanon, IN)

In their next game, the Tiger Cubs play the Cloverdale Clovers (Cloverdale, IN) in a Western Indiana game, on Tuesday, April 19. Greencastle will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Clovers come into the game with a 1-2 record after their 6-2 league loss to South Putnam (Greencastle, IN).
